Dear Governor Of California,
I feel you could find it 10000 times easier to balance the state
budget if you break up the largest fraud scheme in world's history. I
have lived in the middle of 4 major organized crime rings. I
personally know that hundreds of millions of federal and state tax
dollars finance one of these major organized crime rings. The reason
I know is because my legal husband Primitivo Cruz supplied illegal
aliens to a juvenile judge and this fraud scheme conveniently was use
to cover up my husband's trafficking ring when I asked for help. I
feel that my personal story is very complicated and would be hard to
explain in writing especially for someone with poor gramme skills. So
I will simple say San Diego Juvenile and Family court are defrauding
federal, state and county funding. They are trafficking children.
They have no respect of jurisdictions, civil rights, or any federal
State or Hague laws. This organized crime is very organized and
involves a lot of individuals. FBI, DHS and all other authorities I
feel are scared to take this own. I say they are scared because It
is hard to believe any Government agency of such statue would be that
naive to not see the over welling evidence of FACTS. The Juvenile and family Judges are
taking perks to rubber stamp every document Child Protection Service
send their way. This corruption cost tax payers 10's of millions just
for these perks.
Last October, a California Court of Appeal in San Diego ruled that such payments were unconstitutional. (Spurgeon v County of Los Angeles). The California Supreme Court upheld that decision on December 23, 2008. How funny that a San Diego State Judge would find it wrong and illegal for Los Angeles State judges to receive perks (bribes) all the while their county State judges does it too.One might ask why would the Government do that? Why would the Government spend hundreds of millions of dollars to bribe Juvenile and Family court Judges into rubber stamping large numbers of unwarranted petitions that calls for the unjust detention of children, when it cost another few hundred of million to house them. Why would the judges then role play in a Series of Kangaroo courts that continue to rubber stamp all the falsified documents for these children to receive bogus psychological, psychiatric and medical care that endangers their lives due to this defrauding malpractice that cost another few Hundred of millions in Medicaid funding?
The judge's motives are very obvious but unless one knows about the Social workers incentives under the 1997 Adoption and families safe act, the massive funding from 1974 Child abuse prevention act and the fact that State and federal Medicaid fraudulently foots 70% of the actual cost of the children's detention with out letting congress and any other person that signs off for the budgets know.
We can only guess where all that funding goes.
In 1974 before Mondale passed the Child Prevention Act he express his concern that it may be misused and lead to states creating “business” Let me remind you he expressed these concern in 1974, 13 years before the 1997 Adoption and Families safe act that gives incentives to social workers and when Medicaid was only in it's the fourth full year of activity. Can you imagine what his concerns would be today with these two well established money pumps with this greedy, immoral ,generation.
1974 Minnesota Senator Walter F. Mondale Had Concern because he new the potentials this had if evil people infiltrated the system. By 1997 the system had been infiltrated and the evil was not satisfied. So the evil, manipulated and tricked senators in to passing another act that would feed their money greed. Now we have a whole generation of which a large percentage has been institutionalized to the point they will never function out side of an institution; that will cost Tax payers a few hundred billion over the course of their lifespan. And please do not forget every single minute of every single day this monster Child Protective Services is picking up more and more children as fast as they can to generate more business. I will admit the budget crises is not 100% the CPS conspiracy/fraud's fault but it is good percentage of problem and would be a good start at recovering and getting back on track. I also would like to let you know this process of rubber stamping with out any question or looking at the true situation to defraud government funding has lead to the cover up of a witness that live with 911 terrorist over a year. What makes the matter worst for some reason the FBI,DHS, police, and sheriff department has this false belief that these social workers accurately investigate and would refer any legitimate concerns to them.
When the truth is the system trains them how make up good allegation and how to process it for the maximum funding in a assembly line fashion.
